-Many of our product will ship directly to you from the artists in their country of origin and it will be shipped separately. So you will receive multiple shipping confirmation emails with unique tracking numbers.

-We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unexpected issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS. 

- Our processing time usually takes 2-7 days before shipping.

- Shipping time usually takes between 7 and 14 days to arrive at your destination.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

      • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the vendors and manufacture overseas for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

      • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our vendors or manufacturers overseas to the destination. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the vendors or manufacturers, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at your destination but can take longer from time to time
  • Returns
    •  -You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

        -To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

       -Your item must be in the original packaging.

       -Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


  • -Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • -If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment)
  • -You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
